Nahliyah is currently in first grade at Basis Primary Chandler South, her teacher is Mrs. Robinson. A few of her favorite subjects are Mandarin Chinese and Martial Arts. She made A honor roll and received an award for perfect attendance at her awards ceremony in December. In addition to her enjoyment for school, Nahliyah has also taken a liking to chess which she attends every Friday. She has picked up on the game fairly quickly and always welcomes new challengers. Nahliyah auditioned for the school musical, “Aladdin” and was one of five 1st graders who received a role. She will be playing the role of the genie in the April musical.
